You can also apply for military courses from the JSAT Scheme, it has a range of qualifications for all AT activities listed in JSP419. you can ask for an up to date copy of this document at Wing HQ or go to the MOD Adventurous Training Group Web Site. The courses are held at the Joint Service Mountain Training Centre's and are usually week long, assembling on a Sunday evening and dispersing on a Friday afternoon.   It is important to note that there are no dedicated cadet courses, however all are open to Regular, Reserve and Cadet Forces. There may be some restrictions.
